| 企业介入高校的人才培养模式在我国高校已实施多年，但高校仍使用定性评价为主的传统评价方法判断人才培养效果。文章从企业介入的时间选择、企业介入的效率、高校人才培养情况的改变、校企合作关系等多个角度构建评价模型，有效解决传统评价存在的问题，以期为校企合作提供科学决策和改革建议。 |

| The university talent cultivation mode involving the enterprise has been implemented for many years, but the traditional qualitative evaluation method is still used to judge the effect of talent training. This paper constructs an evaluation model from time selection of enterprise involvement, efficiency of enterprise involvement, the change in university talent cultivation, and cooperation between university and enterprise, so as to effectively solve the problems existing in the traditional evaluation and provide scientific decision-making and reform suggestions for university-enterprise cooperation. |
