| 国际化外语人才培养是一个具有全局性与战略性的课题。国际化外语人才应该是同时具有“国际化”和“应用型”两种素质的外语人才。为此，地方高校外语教育应坚持外语专业人才的国际化培养路径，分析外语人才应具备的素质和能力、外语教学的理念与策略、高校外语教学的课程设置与教学实施、高校外语教学的平台与机制建设等内容，不断实施“外语+专业”战略，将外语学生培养成符合地方发展需要的新时代外语人才。 |

| The cultivation of international foreign language talents in higher education is an overall and strategic issue. International foreign language talents should be both "international" and "application-oriented" foreign language talents. Therefore, foreign language education of the local university should follow the international cultivation path for training foreign language professionals, analyze the quality and ability that foreign language talents should possess, foreign language teaching concept and strategy, curriculum design and foreign language teaching, and construction of foreign language teaching platform and mechanism, and keep implementing the "foreign language + profession" strategy, so as to cultivate foreign language students into foreign language talents of the new era to meet the needs of local development. |
