| 加强大学生的学业管理是高校辅导员的重要职责。近几年实践表明：综合运用“主题教育与个别谈话双管齐下、分类指导与个案追踪同步实施、过程管理与目标激励共同发力、学习共同体与智慧学习同步推进”策略，使大学生的学业管理取得了较好的效果，大学生学业水平整体呈现向好态势。 |

| Strengthening college students’ academic affair management is an important task for counselors. The results of the recent years’ practice indicate that the strategies of the combination between theme education and personal talk, synchronous implementation of targeted guidance and track of individual cases, joint application of process management and goal achievement incentive, and encouragement of learning community and smart learning have led to a better management of students’ academic affairs, and students’ general academic level demonstrates an upward trend. |
