      论文通过对山东某高校72名大学生进行问卷调查,旨在探索大学生英语口语学习焦虑现状、FIF口语训练系统对大学生英语口语焦虑的影响及其启示。研究表明:大学生中普遍存在英语口语学习焦虑现象,在口语交际和口语课程信心两个维度上的焦虑程度最高;FIF口语训练系统对大学生英语口语焦虑有显著的正面干预作用;基于APP口语训练系统的高频率口语练习、小组合作和教师教学设计的优化等是缓解口语焦虑的有效途径

      Through the questionnaire survey on 72 students at a college in Shandong Province, this paper aims at exploring the current situation of college students’ oral English learning anxiety, the influence of the FIF oral English training system on college students’ oral English anxiety, and its enlightenment. The research results show that the anxiety in oral English learning is commonly found among college students, and the degree of anxiety is the highest in the two dimensions of oral communication and confidence of the oral English course. The FIF oral English training system exerts a marked positive effect on college students’ oral English anxiety. High-frequency oral practice, group cooperation and optimization of teacher’s teaching design based on the APP oral English training system are effective ways to relieve oral English anxiety.
