| Blockchain technology possesses the characteristics of decentralization, tamper proof and anonymous transaction. The application of the blockchain technology to the hospitality industry could help to establish the service traceability mechanism and solve the problem of unreliable service quality, set up the scheme of anonymous registration combined with identity check and solve the problem of disclosure of clients’ privacy by business companies, and build the mechanism of comment right control and deal with the problem of providing false service evaluation information by click farming. |
