| There is a feasibility of adopting the college talent cultivation mode of cooperation of student advisors and professional instructors. School of Law and Business at Sanjiang University has achieved some good results in the application of this mode: improving the teacher-student relationship, promoting progress of both teachers and students, developing mutual support and understanding, cultivating students with the joint effort of professional instructors and student advisors, facilitating competing affairs with the linkage system， and creating new high in students’ achievements. |
