At the macro level, the local governments and the educational departments are required to communicate and implement policies;at the medium level, universities should contribute to the construction of a powerful sports nation by optimizing university physical education course design，strengthening sports teacher development, establishing a regular sports com petition mechanism,facilitating community sports events, etc.; at the micro level, sports teachers should upgrade their own ability and become actors of physical education and instructors of community sports.The close integration of these levels are likely to turn China into a sports power. |
