及时融入大数据分析的内容、大数据理论分析的金融专业师资队伍建设滞后。该高校从金融专业人才
培养方案修订、理论课程体系构建、实验实训课程建设、师资队伍培养等方面进行了实践探索。 |

| In the aspect of the needs of financial professionals under the background of big data, there is a mismatch between the training goal of financial professionals of a university and the social needs of the skill of big data analysis. Besides, the students’ big data thinking and analytical ability are inadequate, the theoretical curriculum and content lag behind, experiments and practical teaching do not include big data analysis, development of finance teachers engaged in the study of big data theory and analysis is not quick enough. The university has conducted a practical exploration of curriculum revision of the finance specialty, construction of theoretical courses, design of experiments and practice courses and faculty development. |
