      物流搬运机器人作为现代科技发展的新型产物,它的各方面研究和开发正成为社会关注的焦点;机器人分拣搬运是江苏省大学生机器人竞赛的指定项目。文章根据模拟工业自动化场所比赛要求,设计了一种能按照给定路径识别和抓取物料并将其运输到预定地点的物流搬运机器人小车。重点完成小车的机械结构设计、驱动电机选型和力学校核计算,并结合3D 打印制作和组装小车。结果表明,小车能达到预期效果。
英文摘要:
      The logistics handling robot is a new product of the development of modern science and technology. Its research and development is becoming the social focus. Robot sorting and handling is the designated item of college students' robot competition in Jiangsu province. According to the requirements of simulated industrial automation site competition, a logistics handling robot car is designed to identify and grab materials along the given path and transport them to a predetermined place. Emphasis is laid on the completion of the car's mechanical structure design,drive motor selection and mechanical check calculation. 3D printing is used to produce and assemble the car structure. The desired result has been achieved.
