| General Secretary Xi Jinping puts forward “the people-centered development thought” in his report in the 19* National Congress of the Communist Party of China. This thought is an important part of the thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era, demonstrating spiritual essence of the latter.“The people-centered development thought" inherits Marxist's viewpoints on the masses and promotes theoretical innovation in combination with the development of the new era. More specifically, the thought inherits and develops the idea of placing the people in the principal position, expands the connotation of people s needs，refines the concept of original intention and strengthens mass-centered practice in state administration. |
