| 文章对三江学院2014-2017级共926名学生转专业前后成绩进行了比较与分析。结果显示：转专业学生成绩总体有变好的趋势，特别是转专业前排名后25%的学生，转专业后成绩提升较为明显；转专业前排名前25%的学生虽在转专业后平均学分绩点和排名有所下降，但第三学年、第四学年平均学分绩点呈上升趋势，且第四学年上升较为明显。 |

| This paper makes a comparative analysis of the academic achievements of 926 students who enrolled in Sanjiang University from 2014 to 2017 before and after their major transfer. The analysis shows that those transferred students’ academic performance generally got better, especially with the bottom 25% of the students who got a marked improvement in their academic record after major transfer. The top 25% of the students got a lower record in the second academic year, but their record got better in their third and fourth years, especially in the fourth year. |
