      经过改革开放三十年来的发展,我国民办高等教育力量不断壮大。然而与公办高校相比,民办高校仍然处于劣势,发展面临诸多问题。人事问题尤为突出。民办高校吸引力不足、人员流动频繁、教师发展受限等问题为民办高校人事管理带来巨大挑战。在人事管理工作中,合理利用激励机制可以促进教师发展和学校稳定。然而当前民办高校人事管理制度存在重物质激励轻精神激励、机制不完善等问题,激励应遵循系统性、层次性、时效性、公平性原则,引入竞争机制、创新考核机制,物质激励、精神激励与情感激励相结合,科学、有效的发挥激励机制的积极作用。
英文摘要:
      After 30 years of reform and opening up, the strength of private higher education in China has been growing.However, compared with public universities, private universities are still at a disadvantage and face many problems in their development.Personnel problems are particularly prominent.Lack of attraction, frequent turnover of personnel and limited development of teachers in private colleges and universities pose great challenges to personnel management in private colleges and universities.In personnel management, rational use of incentive mechanism can promote teacher development and school stability.However, the current personnel management system in private colleges and universities has some problems, such as attaching importance to material incentives rather than spiritual incentives and imperfect mechanism. The incentives should follow the principles of systematicness, hierarchy, timeliness and fairness, introduce competition mechanism, innovative assessment mechanism, combine material incentives, spiritual incentives and emotional incentives, and scientifically and effectively play an active role in the incentive mechanism.
