十九大做出中国特色社会主义进入新时代的重大政治论断，指出新时代是中国特色社会主义发展所处的新的历史方位。科学的方法指导是做出科学论断前提，试用马克思主义哲学中矛盾分析法、唯物辩证法和唯物史观分析考察“新时代”这一历史方位，对准确把握当前我国历史发展方位有着重要意义。

英文摘要:

The 19th National Congress made a major political conclusion that socialism with Chinese characteristics entered a new era, pointing out that the new era is a new historical orientation for the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Scientific method guidance is to make scientific premise, try to use Marxist philosophy in contradiction analysis, materialist dialectics and historical materialism to examine the historical position of "new era", which is of great significance for accurately grasping the current historical development of China.
