| 高校财经类专业，具有较强的应用性，要求学生具备一定的应用能力。而校企协同下的人才培养模式，是开展应用型专业建设的有效办学思路，可以提高学生实践创新能力。高校应以培养财经类应用型人才为目标，与企业共建教学体系、共同实施人才培养过程、共同参与创新创业人才培养模式构建，培养学生实践能力及创新精神，建立校企协同创新创业人才培养模式运行机制，保障其有效运行。 |

| University majors of finance and economics should possess strong applying ability. The talent cultivation mode under the college-enterprise collaboration is effective in construction of the related disciplines and cultivation of students’ practical and creative abilities. Universities should aim at training application-oriented students in finance and economics, co-establishing a teaching system with enterprises, co-carrying out the training process, and developing students’ practical ability and creative spirit. Universities and enterprises should cooperate to set up a running mechanism for the mode of training innovational and enterprising talents and ensure its effectiveness. |
