      The strategic planning of human resources is the most important part of the development strategy.With the perfection of the modern vocational education system and the change of the external environment, non-governmental vocational colleges need to keep pace with the times, and construct a strategic planning of human resources with the integration of advanced concept ions, innovative connotations,optimization mechanism and the development path for HRSP,and guarantee an effective implementation of the planning,which is a significant choice for non-governmental vocational colleges in their sustainable development, the optimization of operation benefits and the win-win status of multi-parties.
